Membership Application
The Eswatini Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Practitioners (EIOSHP) welcomes applications from individuals and organizations seeking professional recognition in occupational safety and health. To ensure a smooth application process, please carefully follow the steps outlined below. EIOSHP offers different professional designations, each with specific requirements. Applicants must select the category that best matches their qualifications and career goals. Application Requirements
• Applicants must create a profile on the official EIOSHP website: www.eioshp.com
• Applicants must download and complete the application form available under the Professional Registration tab on the website.
• Applications will only be considered if submitted with: o A clear receipt of payment for the application fee (non-refundable). All required supporting documents relevant to the chosen designation.
• To confirm the current application fee, please refer to the EIOSHP Fees Document under the Resources section of the website.
Step-by-Step Application Process
1.Create a Profile Register on the EIOSHP website and fill in all required personal and professional details.
2. Download and Complete the Application Form Access the form under the Professional Registration tab, fill it in accurately, and prepare all necessary supporting documents.
3. Make payment for application fee which is non-refundable
4. Submit Your Application Send the completed application form, proof of payment, and supporting documents to admin@eioshp.com .
5. Assessment Invitation After extensive review, the administration team will contact you with a date to sit for the required online assessment.
6. Assessment Outcome o If successful, you will receive a Letter of Success. o If unsuccessful, you may reapply in the future after meeting the necessary requirements.
7. Annual Subscription Fee Pay the annual subscription fee (pro-rata rated) and submit proof of payment to: finance@eioshp.com.
8. Membership Certificate Upon confirmation of payment, you will be awarded a membership certificate with a unique membership number.
9. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Members are expected to comply with the CPD policy to maintain active membership and enjoy the full benefits of belonging to EIOSHP.
10. Registered members must keep their profiles up to date, as accurate information is required for membership upgrade. Members interested in upgrading their membership need to send profile upgrade request to admin@eioshp.com
EIOSHP is dedicated to helping its members advance their professional abilities by keeping them up to date on the most recent advancements in the field of occupational health and safety. For the benefit of its members, frequent seminars and workshops covering a broad range of health and safety topics are held. On behalf of its members, EIOSHP engages in interactions and communication with the other governmental bodies in its capacity as a lobby group for Occupational Health and Safety laws and regulations.
